Too small needles will also affect the bubble removal action when the valve is in use. Just replace the larger needles to solve this problem. The tapered oblique needle produces the least backpressure and the smoothest fluid flow. The air inside the liquid will leak after the rubber valve is closed. It is best to exclude the air in the liquid in advance, or use a glue that is not easy to contain bubbles, or degas the glue by centrifugation before use.

Inconsistent size:

When the glue is inconsistent, it is mainly caused by the pressure cylinder of the stored fluid or unstable air pressure.

The inlet pressure regulator should be set to 10-15 psi lower than the lowest pressure in the factory. The pressure used in the pressure cylinder should be above the middle of the regulator, and the use of the pressure should be avoided between the low-pressure part of the pressure gauge.

The valve control pressure should be at least 60psi or higher to ensure stable glue output.

Finally, check the glue time. If it is less than 15/1000 seconds, the glue will be unstable. The longer the glue time, the more stable the glue will be.

Flow rate is too slow:

If the flow rate is too slow, change the tubing from 1/4 "to 3/8".

If necessary, the pipeline should be as short as possible.

In addition to changing the tube, the glue port and air pressure must be changed to completely increase the flow rate.

Air bubbles in the fluid:

Excessive fluid pressure and short valve opening time may seep air into the liquid. The solution is to reduce the fluid pressure and use a tapered oblique needle.

Glue jam:

This situation is mainly due to excessive moisture or repeated use of instant glue. Be sure to use fresh instant glue. Rinse the tubing thoroughly with moisture-free Aceton acetone. The air used should be completely dry and a filter should be installed between the factory air pressure and the valve system. (If the above method is still not effective, you should use nitrogen).
