Construction technology of rubber floor
Site requirements:
① It is forbidden to install at the site temperature below 10 ℃.
② All the ground floor must be dry, flat, crack-free, reasonably constructed, and clean. No dust, paint, paraffin, lubricating oil, grease, asphalt, rotten adhesives and other foreign impurities.
③ The rubber floor is seamlessly spliced. The splicing seams are straight, smooth, and firmly bonded, and there is no obvious color difference.
④ All hardening, quenching and destructive compounds must only be removed by mechanical means.
⑤ The humidity of the ground floor should be lower than 2.5%, and the ground floor with humidity higher than 2.5% should not be recommended. If such humidity is higher than 2.5%, the waterproofing work should be carried out according to industry standards.
⑥ The surface unevenness within 5 mm can be leveled by self-leveling after the primer coating.

Construction preparation:
The rubber floor should be moved to the construction site in advance, and the temperature at the site should not be less than 24 hours. When laying, it should be drained first, and the arrows on the back of the floor should be consistent, and then cut according to the terrain and design plan.
Construction steps:
A. Positioning measurement
Determine the center points of each end wall and connect these points to the center of the room by drawing a chalk line.
Determine the center of this line and draw a vertical line with chalk using a carpenter's square to connect the two pairs of sidewalls.
B. Installation of floor tiles
After the room has been properly measured, you can use these measurements to measure a convenient and effective starting point location.
After laying the first row, adjust the floor tiles of a row to a straight line by using a straight edge or tight rope.
After the installation is complete, check the amount of coating per unit of the floor block.
