PRODUCT PARAMETERS
SAE 100R4 wire inserted low pressure hydraulic hose is frequently applied to suction & return line, anti-static delivery line, and vacuum applications for petroleum-based and water-based hydraulic fluids. It is constructed with an inner tube of oil-resistant synthetic rubber, a reinforcement consisting of a ply, or plies, of woven or braided textile fibers with a suitable spiral of body wire, and an oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber cover.
Construction: This hose shall consist of an inner tube of oil resistant synthetic rubber, a reinforcement consisting of a ply or plies of woven or braided textile fibers with a suitable spiral of body steel wire, together with an oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber cover.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This hose is used for petroleum base hydraulic fluids within a temperature range of -40℃~+100℃.
