Substitution of Cross Linked Shrink Film Principle

Chitosan -POF shrinkage film with gelatin content of 15%, 30%, 45% and 60% was prepared by using carbon two imide (EDC) as cross-linking agent. The structure of the product was characterized by FTIR and XRD, and the tensile strength, transmittance, oxygen permeability coefficient and contact angle were investigated. The results showed that the tensile strength decreased with the increase of gelatin content, but it still met the need of corneal repair in clinic.

The substitution of Cross Linked Shrink Film for PE film is vast and conforms to the direction of the company's future orientation of high-end film.
