Mold matching

The design of the mold should consider the high-temperature design, suitable for waterway design, installation matching, and other factors. High-gloss injection molding uses high-temperature hot water or steam to make a balanced heating path on the mold. When the injection molding machine is ejected, it is passed through high-temperature circulating water. First, the mold temperature is raised to a set value, and then the plastic injection molding is started. After the injection molding machine completes the pressure-holding and cooling, the hot water is recycled into the cold water, and the mold temperature is quickly lowered to a set value, and then the mold is opened to recover the cold water to complete the entire injection molding process. Because it is a molding process of quenching and rapid heat, the mold has to undergo rapid thermal shock. Therefore, the selection of the mold is very important, and the mold steel with good thermal fatigue strength must be selected.
