Structural characteristics of SZP type slurry pump

Bare shaft part:

The pump head of the SZP slurry pump includes the pump casing, impeller and shaft seal device. The pump head and bracket are connected with bolts. According to needs, the water outlet position of the pump can be rotated at eight different angles at 45° intervals for installation and use.

 

The pump casing of the SZP slurry pump has a double-layer casing structure. The outer layer is a metal pump shell (front pump shell, rear pump shell), and its material is usually HT200 or QT500-7; the inner shell can be made of high-chromium alloy cast iron (including volute, front guard, and rear guard) , or made of rubber (including front volute and rear volute).

 

The impeller is composed of a front cover, a rear cover, blades, and back blades. The leaves are twisted leaves, usually 3-6 in number. The back blades are distributed on the outside of the front cover and rear cover, usually 8 in number. The impeller is made of high-chromium alloy cast iron, and the impeller and shaft are threaded.

 

The shaft seal device has three types: auxiliary impeller + packing combination seal, packing seal, and mechanical seal.

 

The auxiliary impeller + packing combination sealing type consists of a stuffing box, auxiliary impeller, water seal ring, packing, packing gland, and shaft sleeve.

 

The packing seal type consists of a stuffing box, a spacer sleeve, a water seal ring, a packing, a packing gland, and a shaft sleeve.

 

The mechanical seal type consists of stuffing box, spacer sleeve, mechanical seal, gland and shaft sleeve.

 

Bracket part:

The bracket part has two structures: horizontal center opening type and barrel type.

There are two types of center-opening brackets: thin oil lubrication and grease lubrication. The thin oil lubricated bracket is mainly composed of the bracket body, bracket cover, shaft, bearing box, bearing, bearing gland, retaining sleeve, nut, oil seal, water retaining plate, disassembly ring and other parts. Each pump model 150SZP and above is also equipped with a water cooling device. The main difference between the grease lubrication bracket and the thin oil lubrication bracket is: an embedded transparent cover and oil cup are added, and the water cooling device is removed.

 

The cylindrical bracket is lubricated with grease and is mainly composed of the bracket body, bearing body, shaft, bearing, bearing top sleeve, bearing gland, oil seal, oil cup, water retaining plate, disassembly ring and other parts. The barrel bracket is only suitable for pumps with smaller power of 200SZP and below. Currently, there are only three specifications: T200SZP-I-A70, T200SZP-I-A60 and T150SZP-I-A60.

 

Structural characteristics of SZPL type slurry pump

The SZPL slurry pump is mainly composed of impeller, volute, rear guard plate, shaft sleeve, bracket, support plate, shaft, bearing, bearing body and other parts. The impeller, volute and rear guard plate are made of high-chromium alloy cast iron.
