1.It is strictly forbidden to throw, drag, roll and collide

If the pipe is stored for a long time, it should be placed in a shed. When stacked in the open, they must be covered to prevent exposure to the sun and keep away from heat sources. The storage time of pipes should not be longer than 12 months. Pipes older than 12 months should be re-tested during use, and those that fail the test should not be used. The stacking height of pipes should not be too high to prevent the lower pipes from deforming under pressure.

2. The excavation section of the pipeline trench should meet the requirements

The undisturbed foundation soil at the bottom of the trough shall not be disturbed. The soil layer of 200~300mm reserved at the bottom of the mechanical excavation trough shall be manually excavated to the design elevation and leveled; the bottom of the trench shall not be soaked or frozen by water, otherwise, the foundation shall be reinforced.

Before connecting the pipeline, check whether the rubber ring is in good condition, and it should be supplied by the pipe manufacturer. The appearance of the selected rubber ring should be flat and smooth, and no defects such as pores, cracks, wrinkles, breakage, heavy leather, etc. are allowed.

Confirm that the rubber ring is placed in the correct position. The correct position of the rubber ring should be between the second and third corrugations of the interface. The number of rubber rings installed depends on the design requirements. When two rubber rings are used, two rubber rings are recommended There should be a corrugation at the interval; when the interface is operated, the inner working surface of the socket and the outer working surface of the socket should be cleaned first, and dirt and other debris are strictly prohibited, and the inner working surface of the socket and the surface of the rubber ring should be coated with lubricant (generally used Soapy water is fine).

According to the insertion direction as the water flow direction, a wooden baffle can be set at the end of the pipe, and the pipe to be installed is slowly inserted into the socket along the aligned axis with a crowbar, and installed section by section. Pipes with a pipe diameter of ≥ 400 rams can be tied to the pipe with a flexible cable, and use lifting tools such as manual hoists. It is strictly forbidden to use construction machinery to force the pipe to be inserted into the socket. After the installation is complete, check whether the key socket is inserted in place.

3. Check the well

The foundation of the inspection well should be built on undisturbed soil. When the undisturbed ground is soft or disturbed, the foundation treatment should be carried out according to the design and specifications; the concrete foundation of the inspection well should be poured at the same time as the pipeline foundation to prevent uneven settlement of the pipeline and the inspection well; The blocks of the inspection well should be fully moistened before masonry, and the cement mortar on the outer wall of the HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe should be full and dense during masonry.

When building the inspection well, the strength of the masonry cement mortar should meet the design requirements, the mortar should be full, the mortar should be tightly bonded to the surrounding blocks, and the mortar should not be leaked. The upper and lower blocks should be staggered and built; there are branches and connecting pipes. In the inspection well chamber, the reserved branch and connecting pipes shall be installed during the construction of the good chamber. The diameter, direction, and elevation of the reserved pipes shall meet the design and specification requirements, and the connection between the pipe and the shaft wall shall be tight; The opening of the reserved pipe should be sealed and smoothed with low-strength mortar; the plastering surface of the good wall should be dense and smooth, and hollowing, cracks, etc. are strictly prohibited.

4. Closed water test off

The closed water test shall be carried out in time after the pipeline construction is completed. Before the closed water test, the appearance quality of the pipeline and the inspection well should be accepted by experience, the pipeline has not been backfilled, and there is no water in the groove. All reserved holes should be blocked and no water seepage.

In the closed water test of the pipeline, when the upstream design head of the test section should not exceed the inner wall of the pipe top, the test head should be calculated by adding 2m to the inner wall of the test upstream pipe top. When the upstream design head of the test section exceeds the inner wall of the pipe top, the test water head should be the upstream design of the test section. If the water head is calculated by adding 2m, the test water head at the calculation place is less than 10m but has exceeded the upstream inspection wellhead, the test water head should be based on the upstream inspection well wellhead height.

During the closed water test of the pipeline, a visual inspection should be carried out. Water leakage is strictly prohibited. When the water head reaches the required height, check the brick blockage, the pipe body, and the good body for water leakage. If there is serious leakage, it should be plugged. After soaking for 24 hours, observe the water seepage again, and the measurement time for the water seepage should not be less than 30 minutes. Calculate the seepage volume correctly, and the measured seepage volume should be less than or equal to the allowable seepage volume specified in the "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Water Supply and Drainage Pipelines" (GB50268-2008).

5. Backfill quality control

After the pipeline has passed the closed water test, it should be backfilled in time. The pipeline should be checked for damage or deformation before backfilling. Damaged pipelines should be repaired or replaced; there should be no bricks, stones, woodblocks, and other debris in the grooves when the pipeline grooves are backfilled, It is strictly forbidden to have water in the trench, and it is strictly forbidden to bring water to backfill.

The soil quality of the backfilled soil should meet the design and specification requirements. The backfilled soil shall not contain organic matter, frozen soil, and debris larger than 50ram, such as broken bricks, stones, and concrete fragments, within the range of 500ram above the top of the pipe; the moisture content of the backfilled soil. It should be controlled within the optimal water content range of ±2% according to the soil type and the compaction tools used: the effective support angle of the pipeline should be filled with medium-coarse sand, which is in close contact with the pipe wall and cannot be filled with soil or other materials.

The backfill materials on both sides of the pipeline and within 500mm above the top of the pipe should be transported symmetrically from both sides of the groove into the trough. It is strictly forbidden to directly backfill on the pipeline. When other parts are backfilled, they should be evenly transported into the trough, and it is strictly forbidden to push them together; When backfilling below the radius of the pipeline, measures should be taken to prevent the pipeline from floating and displacement; when the pipeline is backfilled, it should be backfilled symmetrically in layers from both sides of the pipeline, and compacted at the same time.
