Ⅰ. Introduction of high index reflective glass beads


The usage of high index reflective glass beads is determined according to the actual requirements of customers. According to different uses, luminous intensity and different requirements, in the actual production process, we summarize the technical solutions suitable for ourselves. The high refractive index reflective glass beads determine its quality and cost according to its luminous intensity and the length of afterglow time.


Ⅱ. The method of using high index reflective glass beads


1. Water-based screen printing method


High index reflective glass beads can be directly added to the water-based glue to adjust uniformly (additives can be appropriately added to enhance fastness), and then printing and printing can be done.


2. Water-based screen printing method


High index reflective glass beads can be directly added to the transparent paste, uniformly adjusted (additives can be appropriately added to enhance fastness), and then printing and printing can be done.


3. Oily silk screen method


High index reflective glass beads can be directly added to the varnish to adjust uniformly (additives can be appropriately added to enhance fastness), and then printing and printing can be done.


4. Oily silk screen method


High index reflective glass beads can be directly added to the ink to make reflective ink, which can be silk-screened or brushed onto fabrics or other objects. It is easy to operate. The amount added depends on the brightness of the reflection.


5. Oily silk screen method


First coat the printing paste -  coat the reflective paste on the top - drying and curing the reflective paste preparation: according to the amount, weigh the high index reflective glass beads and adjust the paste with solvent (cyclohexanone); then add it to the transparent printing paste and stir it evenly. When printing, the thickness of the printed adhesive layer should be thin, preferably 30 microns-50 microns, to ensure that the reflective powder can be half exposed on the surface to produce a reflective effect. According to the application, the particle size of different thickness can be used to obtain various reflective effects. (The particle size varies, the reflective effect would be even better).
