how to make a stainless steel sculpture?
1.The first is the design of large-scale stainless steel sculptures: this is mainly for customers who need to design. When designing stainless steel sculptures, it is necessary to consider its environment to determine its content, form, color, etc., and design a complete set of stainless steel sculptures Plan, first upload the finished picture.
2.The production of inner skeleton. According to the stainless steel sculpture model, the required height is calculated according to the proportion. The inner frame of the sculpture is welded by stainless steel tube and stainless steel flat steel. All the stainless steel sculpture load-bearing frames are fully welded on both sides. After the overall frame is completed, it is painted three times with anti-rust paint.
3. Stainless steel processing and production.
(1). Cutting materials. Generally, the tool used is electric scissors, which can cut thin plates less than 2mm, but the flatness is not good after cutting. There is also a cutting machine, which can cut both thick and thin plates, but it can only cut straight lines, and there is nothing you can do when you encounter arcs. If you want to cut the stainless steel sheet into a flat shape and a variety of shapes, plasma cutting is used.
(2). Forging. Take the stainless steel plate to the mold and knock it firmly. According to the different shapes of each part of the model, the material is discharged. According to its undulations, it is consciously knocked. The corners are bent and the edges are knocked. Strike on any tangible and strong object, then take the knocked stainless steel plate to the mold for comparison, think that the shape is correct and can be completely closed with the model, and then put these scattered carbon steel plates and stainless steel plates from top to bottom. When welding, adjust the mold for each piece of stainless steel plate. The surface texture of each stainless steel plate must be kept the same. This must be forged while shaping. You can also forge the dots before cutting. When forging points, use the round head of a hammer to forge evenly and regularly in rows, with the same width and narrow distance and force.
(3).Forming: welding, polishing and painting. After the shapes are forged correctly, they must be welded together according to the requirements of the work (electric welding and argon arc welding). In stainless steel polishing, the welds and excess areas of the work are first polished with a grinding wheel, and then polished with a soft wheel (cloth wheel). During polishing, the work is coated with polishing paste to increase lubrication, so that the work can be thrown out brighter. People have a good visual beauty. Finally, spray car paint according to demand.
(4).The last step is installation: generally welding, which is relatively strong, that is, the skeleton of the sculpture itself is welded to the embedded iron on the base, and the steel bars are welded under the embedded iron. The length of the steel bars and the size of the embedded iron are determined according to the size of the sculpture. For the sake of beauty, after the sculpture is installed, the base will be pasted with marble or granite plates.
