1. Trench excavation

2. Groove support

3. T-shaped interface pipes shall be provided with piers at the turning points in the vertical or horizontal direction. The size of the pier should be determined through calculation based on factors such as pipe diameter, rotation angle, working pressure and other factors.

4. When transporting domestic drinking water, the pipeline should not pass through the poisonous area, and protective measures should be taken if it must pass through.

5. The outer anti-corrosion coating of the ductile iron pipe should be galvanized and epoxy asphalt coating or higher requirement coating according to the soil condition of the pipe laying site.

6. After the pipeline is installed and the pressure test is qualified, it should be washed with low chloride ion water and disinfected with 0.03% potassium permanganate aqueous solution.
