Gabion Mesh

Common openings are 60 × 80 mm, 80 × 100 mm, 80 × 120 mm, 100 × 120 mm, 100 × 150 mm and 120 × 150 mm. Bare wire diameter usually ranges from 2.0 mm to 4.0 mm.

Gabion Mesh is made from double twisted hexagonal steel wire mesh for stone filled baskets, slope protection, riverbank work and retaining structures. It can be supplied in galvanized wire or PVC coated galvanized wire. The mesh is folded for transport and opened on site before stone filling. Common openings include 60 × 80 mm, 80 × 100 mm, 80 × 120 mm, 100 × 120 mm, 100 × 150 mm and 120 × 150 mm. Wire diameter depends on mesh opening and coating type.

Small opening hexagonal mesh for gabion mattress and slope surface work. The 60 × 80 mm opening helps hold smaller stone more securely than larger mesh.

Machine Made Gabion Mesh Panel, 80 × 120 mm, 3.0 mm Wire

This product is matched with the production line image. The 80 × 120 mm opening is used for gabion baskets and larger stone filling work. The 3.0 mm galvanized wire gives a stronger mesh body than light mattress mesh. Basket size and edge wire can be made by drawing.
