Security chain link fence material supply and installation project in Netherlands, including replacement and new installation. The project is divided into two main sections. First Section – 1200 Meters: Standard chain link fence installation. Fence posts are fixed below ground level using concrete foundations for stable structural support. Second Section – 300 Meters: Chain link fence installation on an existing concrete wall using an anchoring system. First Part: 40 meters,Second Part: 260 meters.
Chain link fence system supplied in accordance with BS 1722 Part 10. All components are hot-dip galvanized steel with green PVC coating for corrosion resistance and anti-intrusion performance. PVC coating on posts and fittings resists peeling, scratching, and damage during transport and installation. All fence components including bracing, tension bands, double clamps, bolts, and posts are supplied as a complete system for secure assembly.
Post System: Terminal / corner / straining posts, line / intermediate posts at 3 m center-to-center spacing, post caps for protection.
Gate System: 1 set of double-leaf swing gate (8 m width)
Accessories: All additional fittings and installation accessories required for complete fence system supply included.
Chain Link Mesh System: provides full perimeter coverage and stability.
Line and Tension Wire System: 6 rows of line/tension wires along full fence length.

Anchor Rod Fixing System: 24 mm holes for threaded anchor rods. All holes aligned on post centerline.
Straining Posts – 5.1 m Height: 114.3 mm straining/corner posts, height 5.1 m. Used between standard and wall fence.
5.1 m Post Fixing Holes – 24 mm: Each post has 5 holes, 24 mm diameter. Spacing 0.25 m and 0.60 m. Bottom hole 45 cm from end.
Line Posts – 3.8 m Height: 60 mm line posts, height 3.8 m for wall fixing. Designed for anchor rod connection.
Line Post Fixing Holes – 20 mm: Each post has 3 holes, 20 mm diameter. Spacing 0.25 m center-to-center. Bottom hole 0.15 m from end.
Fence Mesh Extension – 2.8 m Height: Mesh height 2.8 m for wall fixing. Extra 30 cm allows concrete anchoring.
2.8 m Stretcher Bars: 25 × 5 mm galvanized PVC stretcher bars. Includes cleats, eye bolts, U connectors.
Diagonal Bracing – 4 m Length: 34.1 × 3.2 mm galvanized steel CHS. PVC coated for wall-to-fence bracing.
Bottom Mesh Fixing Bar – 30 mm: 30 × 5 mm stretcher bar, length 2.5 m. With 10 mm fixing holes.
Bottom Fixing Hole Layout: Seven 10 mm holes on center line. For 8 mm anchor bolts.
Wall Anchor Fixing System: Holes designed for anchor rods. Ensures secure fixing to concrete wall.
