1. Hot-dip galvanized anchor bolts are made of a non-corrosive alloy steel, which has certain anti-corrosion properties; the raw materials of hot-dip galvanized bolts are iron or other steel materials, which can be enhanced after hot-dip galvanizing corrosion resistance of bolts. Ordinary standard bolts, stainless steel is more expensive than hot-dip galvanized. 

2. The difference between hot-dip galvanized bolts and electro-galvanized bolts.

Hot-dip galvanized bolts have a thick zinc layer, good corrosion resistance, long service life, and higher prices; electro-galvanized bolts have a thin zinc layer, which is not as good as hot-dip galvanized bolts, and the price is lower.

3. The difference between hot galvanized anchor bolts and powder galvanized bolts.

Powder galvanized bolts have strong corrosion resistance, good wear resistance and abrasion resistance, but the surface of powder galvanized bolts is easy to drop zinc powder, and the combination of zinc layer and bolts is not as good as hot galvanized bolts.

2. Hot-dip galvanized anchor bolt, also known as long anchor bolt, is a detachable anchor bolt used to fix heavy mechanical equipment with intense oscillation and impact during work.

3. Expansion anchor anchor bolts are usually used to fix simple equipment or auxiliary equipment at rest. The device for expanding anchor bolts should satisfy the following requirements:

1) The distance between the center of the hot-dip galvanized anchor bolt and the margin of the root base is not less than 7 times the diameter of the anchor bolt with expansion anchor;

2) The base strength of the anchor bolt of the device expansion anchor shall not be less than 10MPa;

3) There should be no cracks in the drilled hole, pay attention to avoid collision between the drill bit and the steel bar and buried pipe in the root.

4. Hot-dip galvanized anchor bolt is a kind of anchor bolt commonly used in recent years and its method and request are the same as expansion anchor bolt. But pay attention to blow away the sundries in the hole when bonding, and must not be damp.

The big difference between hot-dip galvanized anchor bolts and general bolts are that the anchor bolts are buried in the ground or the foundation, connecting the ground or the foundation with the machinery and equipment. The general knowledge of bolts is used for general connection.
