The testing time is as long as 998Hours for refining every high quality product.

1, Waterproof testing

Mainly test the waterproof performance of products (such as IP65 and IP67)

IP67 test standard,whole machine will not enter water after soaking for 30mins under the pressure of 1 meter water depth.

2, High/low temperature testing

Mainly test whether the product operates and performs normally under high/low temperature conditions.

The working environment: TEMP is set at +60℃, humidity is 70%R.H. the low TEMP is set at -20℃ and start the incubator. The samples are operated with various functions every 2hours to checking function is normal.

Continuous operation 6hours,the prototype is qualified if there is no abnormal appearance and structure.

3, Salt spray testing

Mainly used to test the corrosion resistance of metal materials.

Distilled water and sodium chloride are mixed into 5% brine. The TEMP of the lab is set at 35℃ and the saturator TEMP is 37℃.Continuous operation for 12hours. Checking the appearance after 2hours at room TEMP, it is qualified if no rust.

4, Drop Testing

Mainly test the anti falling degree of bare machine.

Sample dropping from 8 corners and 6 surfaces. The drop height depends on the product standard. For example, the drop height of the rugged industrial tablet is 1.2m. The test sequence is back right front left top bottom.

5, Impact strength testing

Mainly test the crashworthiness of the machine.

Set the running speed of the drum for 6times/min and 50 ~ 100 cycles. then check that the shell and all fastening parts are free of deformation, damage and looseness.

6, Anti vibration testing

Mainly for testing the anti vibration degree of bare machine.

10-50-10hz is a cycle, the amplitude is 3mm, the vibration is 1 hour.

7, Shaft testinging

Mainly for testing the life of the machine shaft.

The rotating shaft was tested 20000times, checking strength, flexibility and tightness of the shaft every 2000times. Then the function of the prototype was normal, the structural part of the shaft was not damaged, and the rotation force value of the shaft met the product specification requirements.

8, TP drop impact testing

Mainly to test the screen strength.

The weight of impact steel ball is 64g, and 110cm falls freely to TP center point three times.Anti vibrationThe main purpose is to test the anti falling degree of bare machine.

The drop height depends on the product standard. For example, the drop height of the three proofing industrial plate is 1.2m. The test sequence is back right front left top bottom.

9, Key life testing

Mainly to test the life of the key.

Test standard: the strength is 250N, the speed is 45 ~ 60times/min, the pressing time is 0.2seconds, each key is tested for 30Ktimes(100k times for handheld), checking every 5Ktimes.

10, Plug-in life testing

Mainly to check the plug-in life of the interface.

Each interface is plugged and plugged for 3K times. Check whether the function is OK in power on mode every 500 times.

11, RCA tape testing

Mainly for the inspection of plastic, hardware oil spray, screen printing, pad printing friction.

The friction times of each product on the testing machine are 30. Then it is qualified to check that the coating of the test piece has no degreasing and no exposed bottom.

12, Electrostatic testing

Mainly to test the ability of anti ESD interference.

In the power on mode of the prototype, the static anti-interference test is carried out in the modes of playing music and opening the camera function. Contact discharge test voltage is +/-4KV, non-contact discharge test voltage is +/- 8Kv.

13, Visual color matching testing

It is mainly to contrast the color difference under various light sources.

14, Alcohol and eraser testing

Mainly for the inspection of plastic, hardware spray, screen printing, pad printing coating wear degree.

Adjust the running speed of the alcohol friction test stand to 25 ~ 40 times / min, and set the friction times to 15 times; for the rubber Sassafras test, according to different manufacturing processes, the maximum number of friction back and forth is 800.
