1 The clean room must be thoroughly cleaned and cleaned before installation of the hepa filter and primary efficiency air filter. If there is dust in the air conditioning system, it can be replaced by a sub-high efficiency filter. If the hepa filter is installed in the technical interlayer or ceiling, the technical interlayer or ceiling should also be thoroughly cleaned and wiped.
2 After the clean room and air conditioning purification system meet the cleaning requirements, the air conditioning purification system must be tested. After continuous operation for more than 12h, install the hepa filter immediately after cleaning the clean room again.
3 The transportation and storage of hepa filters should be shelved in accordance with the direction marked by the production plant. Air conditioning filter network transport process should be handled gently, to prevent violent vibration and collision.
4 Before the installation of high-efficiency filter, the package must be unpacked at the installation site for appearance inspection.
