Product introduction:
Although traditional QJ series pumps can achieve high lift,but the axial force is large, operation is unstable,the general life is 2-3months.if it is used in the mine,it is not durable,and the appearance is long and thin. It’s unconvenient no matter from the installation ,transportation and other aspects. Reasons:the main reason why the submersible pumps with high lift is limited in the lift is that it can not overcome the axial force,that is ,the thrust bearing of the motor can not bear more thrust,so the lift is limited.

Remarks:

1.Always check the current voltmeter and water flow during the operation of the electric pump,ensure the pump run under the rated conditions.

2.The valve should be adjusted for flow and water head, overloaded is not allowed. In any of the following situations,should stop the pump immediately :

（1）When the current exceed 20% of rated current at the rated voltage

（2）When the voltage is too high or too low(above 400v or below 360v)

（3）At the rated water head,the water flow decreases more than normal.

（4）The insulation resistance is less than 0.5ΜΩ

（5）When the dynamic water level drops to the inlet of the pump

（6）When electric equipment and circuits are out of order

（7）When there is sudden sound or large vibration

（8）When the protection switch trips frequently
