Aluminum is a kind of light metal with low density (2.79/Cm3), good strength, and plasticity. Aluminum alloy has good strength. The strength of super-hard aluminum alloy can reach 600Mpa, and the tensile strength of ordinary hard aluminum alloy can reach 200-450Mpa, its specific steel is much higher than steel, so it is widely used in machinery manufacturing. Aluminum's conductivity is second only to silver and copper, ranking third, and is used to make various wires. Aluminum has good thermal conductivity and can be used as various heat dissipation materials. Aluminum also has good corrosion resistance and good plasticity and is suitable for various pressure processing. According to the processing method, aluminum alloy can be divided into deformed aluminum alloy and cast aluminum alloy. Deformed aluminum alloys are further divided into non-heat-treatable reinforced aluminum alloys and heat-treatable reinforced aluminum alloys. The non-heat-treatable reinforced type cannot improve the mechanical properties through heat treatment, but can only be strengthened by cold working deformation. It mainly includes high-purity aluminum, industrial high-purity aluminum, industrial pure aluminum, and anti-rust aluminum. Heat-treatable reinforced aluminum alloys can improve mechanical properties through heat treatment methods such as quenching and aging. It can be divided into duralumin, forged aluminum, super-duralumin, and special aluminum alloys. Aluminum alloy can be heat treated to obtain good mechanical properties, physical properties, and corrosion resistance. Cast aluminum alloy can be divided into aluminum-silicon alloy, aluminum-copper alloy, aluminum-magnesium alloy, and aluminum-zinc alloy according to chemical composition. Our company provides aluminum solid panel.

1. Pure aluminum products Pure aluminum is divided into smelted products and pressure processed products. The former is represented by the chemical composition Al, and the latter is represented by LG (aluminum, industrial).

2. Pressure processing aluminum alloy pressure processing products are divided into anti-rust (LF), hard (LY), forging (LD), super hard (LC), cladding (LB), special (LT) and brazing ( LQ) and other seven categories. Commonly used aluminum alloy materials have three states: annealing (M simmering), hardening (Y), and hot rolling (R).

3. Aluminum materials The materials processed into a certain shape by aluminum and aluminum alloys are collectively called aluminum materials, including plates, strips, foils, tubes, rods, wires, shapes, etc.

4. Cast aluminum alloy (ZL) is divided into four categories according to the main elements silicon, copper, magnesium, and zinc other than aluminum in the composition, and the code codes are 100, 200, 300, and 400 respectively.

5. High-strength aluminum alloys High-strength aluminum alloys refer to aluminum alloys whose tensile strength is greater than 480 MPa, mainly including hard aluminum alloys, super-hard aluminum alloys and cast alloys.
