Fourth, daily precautions.

Pay attention to waterproofing, do not work in deep water, and do not directly rinse electrical components with water when cleaning. Do not store sundries in the battery box, especially metal tools, etc., which may cause fire. Do not replace the insurance with iron copper wire or replace it with a substandard insurance. When the excavator is parked for a long time, the battery line should be disassembled to prevent feeding.

Check the pin bolts every day for looseness, looseness, and missing, and tighten them in time. Check the structure for cracks and deformation every day. Pay attention to the surrounding environment when parking the excavator, and park it on solid, stable, and hard ground. Do not stop by the river, cliff, or hillside to prevent accidents. When parked, the bucket cylinder is fully retracted, and the bucket falls to the ground to prevent the cylinder from being hit.
