1. The degree of vacuum pump is not enough

Possible causes: Insufficient power supply of the motor causes insufficient speed; insufficient water supply; the gap between the impeller and the distribution plate is too large; the mechanical seal is damaged resulting in water leakage and air leakage; the impeller wears too much; the circulating water cannot be discharged.


Remedy: Check whether the power supply voltage is within the rated voltage range of the motor; increase the water supply (must be controlled within the correct range, otherwise it will cause the motor to overload and heat); adjust the gap between the impeller and the distribution plate (generally 0.15-0.20 mm); replace the mechanical seal; replace the impeller; check the water outlet pipe.

2. Can't start or noisy start

Possible causes: insufficient power supply voltage of the motor; lack of phase operation of the motor; corrosion of the pump for a long time; rust in the pump; impeller dragging the distribution plate.


Remedy: Check whether the power supply voltage is too low; check whether the motor wiring is reliable; if the pump has not been used for a long time, it can be added with a rust remover or open the pump cover to remove rust manually; open the pump cover to remove debris; adjust the impeller Distance from distribution board.


3. The motor is overheated

Possible causes: Excessive water supply caused the motor to be overloaded; the motor lacked phase; the exhaust hole was blocked; the impeller dragged other components.


Remedy: reduce the water supply to the normal range (refer to the pump's instruction manual for liquid supply); check whether the wiring is firm; check the exhaust port; open the pump cover to adjust the gap between the impeller and other components.


4. Insufficient flow

Possible causes: pipeline leakage and liquid leakage; increased resistance loss;

Remedy: Check the mechanical seal at the connection; check the pipeline and check valve for faults.
