2. The smaller the reflected power, the better, generally less than 10W.

3. The output power of the high-frequency generator is required to have excellent stability, because as long as there is a 0.1% drift in the power delivered to the ICP, the emission intensity can change by more than 1%. Therefore, the power change of the high-frequency generator must be less than ±0.05%.

4. The high-frequency generator should have a good grounding device. The smaller the grounding resistance, the better. Generally, it is better not to exceed 4Ω.
