Introduction of DK77 Fast Speed WEDM:
This model is an environmentally friendly version of Fast Speed WEDM. The waterproof effect can be comparable to that of Medium Speed WEDM, which has an attractive design and high grade. Wenjie CNC wire cutting machine tool has a good taste, high quality, super stability, and low price!
The product structure of WEDM:
The WEDM machine tool consists of a bed, wire storage mechanism, wire rack, XY table, oil tank, and other components. The molybdenum wire wound on the wire storage cylinder makes a high-speed reciprocating motion through the wire rack. The workpiece is fixed on the XY table. The movement in both X and Y directions is controlled by a stepper motor. Each time the CNC system sends a signal, the stepper motor will take one step, and drive the screw in two directions through the intermediate transmission mechanism to rotate, which makes the X and Y tables feed.
Main functions and Features of WEDM:
1. Cutting control and input instruction can be carried out simultaneously;
