Wheel Bearing is currently divided into three categories, a generation of wheel bearings, second-generation wheel bearings and three generations of wheel bearings. A generation of wheel bearings is difficult to disassemble and adjustment is not easy.

With the upgrading of the automobile industry structure and the requirements of fuel consumption and environmental protection, the vehicles are also developing in a dense and lightweight direction. There is also the quality after maintenance, just like the engine is not easy to use as long as it is disassembled, not only because it is the problem with the part is also an issue with adjustments during installation. A generation of Wheel Bearing requires a lot of adjustments during installation.

Wheel Bearing

The first generation consisted of double row angular contact bearings.

The second generation has a flange for fixing the bearing on the outer raceway, which can be simply fixed to the axle by a nut. Make the maintenance of the car easier.

The third-generation hub bearing unit is equipped with a bearing unit and an anti-lock brake system ABS. The Wheel Hub Unit is designed with an inner flange and an outer flange. The inner flange is bolted to the drive shaft and the outer flange mounts the entire bearing together.

Mainly composed of inner ring, outer ring and steel ball, as well as the cage, sealing ring, sensor unit, flange, bolt and so on.

Generally, the flanges are not forged after forging, but the grooves need to be ground and super-fine, and they must be divided according to different sizes.
