1. Pay attention to whether the bearing has early warning signal of wear: including any friction noise during rotation or abnormal speed reduction of the suspension combination wheel during cornering.

2. In the process of storage and installation of Wheel Bearing, to protect the bearing components, it must be installed according to the automobile manufacturing manual and special tools.

3. It is recommended to replace the bearings in pairs, and there is a problem on one side. Due to various considerations, the integrity of the other side is questioned, so replacement is also a preventive method.

4. In order to ensure a long service life of the bearing, the shaft and the bearing housing should be carefully inspected before installation, but it is forbidden to hit the bearing with a hard object.

5. For the hub bearing unit, do not attempt to disassemble the hub bearing or adjust the seal of the Wheel Hub Unit, otherwise, the seal will be damaged and water or dust will enter. Both the seal ring and the raceway of the inner ring are damaged, causing the bearing to fail.

6. When installing the Wheel Bearing with the ABS magnetic thrust ring, point the side with the magnetic thrust ring to the inside, facing the sensitive component of the ABS. If you are not sure which side of the thrust ring to mount, you can use a small thing close to the edge of the bearing. The magnetic force generated by the bearing will attract it. The correct installation is related to the function of the brake system.

7. Ensure that the magnetic thrust ring in the seal ring equipped with the ABS device bearing is not subjected to external forces, including other magnetic field collisions and impacts. Keep away from the magnetic field when removing from the box before installation. When installing these bearings, observe the ABS alarm needle on the instrument panel through the road condition test to change the operation of the bearing.

8. Ensure that there is a sufficient amount of grease in the bearing. For some unsealed bearings, such as double row tapered roller bearings, the grease must be lubricated during installation and not required for sealing. Due to the different size of the inner cavity of the bearing, it is impossible to determine how much grease is added. If the grease is too much, when the bearing rotates, the excess will seep out. General experience: When installing, the total amount of grease should account for 50% of the bearing clearance.

9. When installing the lock nut, the torque varies greatly depending on the bearing type and the bearing housing. Note the instructions.

10. In order to ensure maximum safety and reliability, it is recommended that you check the Auto Wheel Bearing frequently regardless of the length of the car.

For rear-wheel-drive vehicles, it is recommended that the vehicle travels to 38,000 km to deal with the lubrication of the front hub bearings. When replacing the brake system, check the bearings and replace the oil seal.

11. When installing the bearing, it should be in a clean and tidy environment to prevent fine particles from entering the bearing and shorten the service life of the bearing.
