SPRINT LH-321H

-LH-321H is suitable for pigment printing of flat screen, rotary screen, platen, cutting for cotton, polyester/cotton fabric, non-woven processing, can be also used for flock paste compounding and coating of soft rubber.

Yiman Printing Paste Key Features and Typical Benefits:

◆ Bright color and full color yield, stable with the thickener.

◆ Soft handle of the printed fabric. Good brushing fastness and rubbing fastness.

◆ Good thermal and mechanical stability, the emulsion has good dispersing performance, can avoid blocking the printing screen.

◆ A self-cross binder, bright film-forming.

◆ Environmental product. Can be used for baby clothing.

2. Process flow: Paste preparation → Rotary or screen printing → Drying → Curing (150-160℃,1.5-3 min)

Note: Detailed process should be adjusted according to preliminary tries.

Operating and safety instructions:

1. The chemicals should be added separately when preparing the printing paste, then stir evenly before use.

2. Strongly recommend using soft water, if soft water is not available, the stability needs to be tested before making the paste.

Package & Storage:

Plastic drum net 120 kg, can be stored for 6 months under room temperature and hermetic condition without exposure to sunlight. To ensure that the product quality is maintained, please check the period of validity of the product, and should be used up before the validity. The container should be tightly sealed when not in use. It should be stored without prolonged exposure to extreme heat and cold conditions, it may cause irreversible crusting at high temp. environment. If the product is frozen at too low temp., thaw it at warm condition, stir evenly and make tests to check the performance before use.
