C. Bonding of floor tiles
In order to facilitate installation and obtain the longest glue time, pour the adhesive on the installation floor as quickly as possible and spread it out.
Use a recommended trowel to spread the adhesive while spreading it equally on the adhesive part.
Use a 50 kg roller to roll the floor surface and flatten the voids in the adhesive to ensure that the air remaining in them is completely removed.
Periodically inspect the floor tiles to verify that they have good adhesive extension capabilities.

D. Traffic
After the floor tiles are rolled on the ground, in addition to the necessary installation workers walking carefully, any traffic should be avoided, and the adhesive part should be restricted. The adhesive should be lightly walked within a full 12 hours. Avoid frequent walking within 24 hours. Under normal conditions, it takes 48 hours for the adhesive to fully set.
E. Subsequent end applications
Check that the adhesive is sticking to the entire floor.
No traffic for 12 hours.
Frequent walking is forbidden within 24 hours.
The passage of heavy equipment or vehicles is prohibited for 72 hours.
Cover 1-2 days to protect the paved ground from sunlight, moisture, and other construction labor during and after installation.
The recommended temperature (15-30 ° C) should be maintained during the setting of the adhesive.
Avoid touching the previously cleaned finished floor for 72 hours, so that the adhesive is completely set.
When the adhesive is not completely set or the original viscous material is too thin to connect the floorboards completely, it will cause slight lifting at the edge line. In this case, a sandbag or weight should be used to press the raised edge line until the adhesive is completely set and has sufficient adhesion.
