As a Fertilizer Urea Factory, let's share with you the difference between the Phosphate Fertilizer and the Potassium Fertilizer.

1. Phosphate Fertilizer

Phosphate Fertilizer can make the stems and branches of the trees tough, promote the formation of flower buds, the flowers are bright and colorful, the fruits are premature, and the trees can grow well and develop new roots to improve the ability of cold resistance and drought resistance. Phosphate-fertilized trees grow slowly, leaves are small, branches or tillers are reduced, flowers are small, mature late, and the leaves of the lower leaves are yellowed first and then purple-red. In the absence of phosphorus, the old leaves usually have symptoms first.

Organic fertilizers containing more phosphorus include bone meal, rice bran, fish scales, and poultry manure. Inorganic phosphate fertilizers include superphosphate, phosphate rock, calcium magnesium phosphate. The most commonly used superphosphate is often used as a base fertilizer after being mixed with organic fertilizer, and can also be used as a root dressing for flower and fruit bonsai. Calcium superphosphate is preferred for use in neutral or slightly alkaline soils. Not suitable for application to acid soil.

2.Potassium Fertilizer

Potassium Fertilizer can make trees stem strong, improve the ability to resist pests, cold, drought and lodging, promote root development, increase bulbs, and promote fruit enlargement and good color. Potassium deficiency can lead to necrotic spots on the leaf margins of the trees. In the beginning, the old leaves appear spots, and the leaf edge tips begin to turn yellow, followed by dead coke necrosis. Excessive Potassium Fertilizer can cause shortening of the internodes, dwarfing the whole plant, turning the leaves yellow and even dead.

The most representative organic Potassium Fertilizer is the first to use grass ash for both top dressing and base fertilizer. It contains available potassium (K2O) 5~10%|phosphorus (P2O5) 2~3%, and also contains other trace elements. Grass ash is an alkaline fertilizer. Inorganic potassium fertilizers such as potassium chloride and potassium sulfate are acidic fertilizers and can be used as base fertilizers and top dressings.
