To the ZYBREW fans in Micro Brewery industry:

ZYBREW is going to Brau Beviale 2019, and will be at the exhibition from 12th to 14th November in Nuremberg, Germany.

We are having a three vessel brewhouse of 10hl for the show. It is a whole brewhouse unit, with the basic configuration of mash tun + lauter tun + kettle/whirlpool tank. Detailed configuration as below:

10HL mash tun of cone top, with bottom stir, SEW gearbox unit, steam heating, with steam jacket on both cylinder and bottom. Legs with adjustable bolt.

10HL Lauter tun of cone top, flat bottom stir, SEW gearbox, stir with grain out unit, side grain out door. With bottom wort collection and counter washing device.

10HL kettle/whirlpool combined tank, cone top. Steam jacket on both cylinder and bottom, which can be separately controlled. With tangent wort inlet, two wort outlet.

Mash pump, lauter pump, wort pump, with VFD, water cooled.

All piping line connected with DIN connector.

Skid proof working platform, with hand rails etc.

The whole brewhouse unit installed on one platform, which can be moved together.

Double stage heat exchanger, with aeration unit

Manifold for CIP cleaning.
