"Hot Water Boiler System" is a combination of equipment used to produce and supply hot water. The hot water boiler itself is the heart of the entire boiler heating system. It is responsible for producing hot water (or steam) and delivering it to the radiators, which then distribute the heat throughout the house.
Hot water boilers are characterized by their efficiency, environmental friendliness, and safety. Components of the Hot Water Boiler System
1.Circulatory system:
Hot water boiler systems are usually equipped with a circulation pump, which drives hot water to circulate in the system. The circulation pump overcomes the pipe resistance to ensure that hot water can flow out of the boiler, pass through heat users (such as radiators, hot water terminals, etc.), and then return to the boiler for reheating. The performance of the circulation pump directly affects the circulation speed of hot water and the heating efficiency of the system.
2.Pipeline system:
includes supply pipes and return pipes, used to transport hot water. The material, diameter, insulation and other factors of the pipes will affect the performance of the system.
3.Water replenishment system:
The main equipment is the water replenishment pump, which is used to replenish the water lost in the system due to leakage, evaporation, etc. When the water level or pressure in the system drops to a certain level, the water replenishment pump automatically starts to inject an appropriate amount of water into the system to maintain the normal operation of the system.
4.Control system:
mainly includes temperature, pressure and water level control systems. The temperature control system monitors the boiler outlet hot water temperature and the system return water temperature through temperature sensors, and controls the working state of the boiler burner (for combustion boilers) or electric heating elements (for electric boilers) according to the set temperature parameters. The pressure control system monitors and controls the pressure in the system to ensure that the hot water circulates within a safe pressure range. The water level control system takes corresponding measures when the water level is lower or higher than the set value.
