There are many manufacturers producing welded wire mesh, but some welded wire mesh fence panels factory produces products that are qualified and some products that are not. Galvanized welded wire meshes that cannot provide a certificate of inspection of welded wire meshes will still be exiled to the market, so how do we identify whether the welded wire meshes produced are qualified when we buy them?

The galvanized welded wire mesh is made of high-quality low-carbon iron wire. The allowable range of diameter is 87 wires to 91 wires. Only within this range is a qualified welded wire mesh. Because the accuracy has been compared, but no one can control it so well in the production process, the welded wire mesh can be accurate to 0.01 mm, so the error is allowable.

2. The tensile strength of the welded wire mesh must reach 120N, otherwise it is unqualified. In this respect, there is no easy way to test the tensile strength of welded wire mesh. It can only be tested by professional tools and expert tests. We will not introduce it in detail.

3. The outcrops on both sides of the welded wire mesh cannot exceed 2MM, which is a qualified welded wire mesh. Where the diameter of the welded wire intersects the weft wire, it must be welded firmly, but if the edge of the welded wire mesh is welded firmly, the weft wire must come out to weld firmly, but not too much. Generally, the welded wire that does not exceed 2 mm is qualified network.

4. There are also surface phenomena: the anti-corrosion effect can be guaranteed if the mesh is uniform and the galvanized layer of the galvanized welded wire is uniform.
