The Shenyang Water Meter Measurement Station Has Purchased the Large-Sized Water Meter Testing Equipment

The Shenyang Water Meter Measurement Station has purchased the large-sized water meter testing equipment (DN80 - DN200) from our company.

For the engineers of TNMA, they have once again accomplished a challenging task. The one-month installation and training of the large-sized industrial water meter testing equipment (DN80 - DN200) is approaching the end. The installation process was arduous and complex, but it is very simple for the customers to use after the installation is completed.

This device is designed in accordance with the Verification Regulation for Liquid Flow Standard Devices and Standard Meter Flow Standard Device.

Applicable diameters of the meters to be inspected: DN80, DN100, DN150, DN200.

Number of meters inspected at one time: 4 for DN80 - DN100, and 3 for DN150 - DN200.

This equipment is suitable for testing industrial water meters and liquid flowmeters, and the flow range is 0.15 ~ 630 m³/h.

The testing equipment for large-sized water meters includes rotary type, flat type, and pipe-changing type. The rotary type requires more manpower. The flat type is simple and convenient but requires a larger site. The pipe-changing type is complex. Different pipes need to be replaced for testing water meters of different diameters each time. Its advantage is that it occupies a small area.
