Acrylic is a plastic material also known as plexiglass. It is made from methyl methacrylate (MMA) as the main raw material. The manufacturing process for acrylics is relatively simple, MMA is first mixed with a proportion of a polymerization initiator, it is then converted into a solid material by a polymerization reaction.
