Available in panels, sheets, and rolls, it is customized to meet diverse project specifications. The PVC coating significantly improves the mesh's corrosion resistance, making it perfect for industrial, agricultural, and residential uses such as fencing, animal enclosures, garden boundaries, and safety barriers, where both durability and aesthetics are essential.

PVC Coated Welded Wire Mesh

PVC coated welded wire mesh, also known as vinyl coated welded wire mesh, is a durable wire fabric welded and then coated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Available in various colors such as green, blue, and black—with green being the most popular—it is sold in panels, sheets, and rolls depending on the wire diameter. PVC coated mesh offers enhanced corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal compared to galvanized wire mesh. Its durability and ability to resist corrosion make it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, while its range of colors allows it to aesthetically integrate into diverse environments.

Production

Galvanized Before Welding (GBW)
In this method, each wire is galvanized before it’s welded into a mesh. This process is cost-effective and helps in reducing upfront costs. However, the welding can compromise the zinc coating at the wire intersections, potentially reducing the corrosion resistance at these points.

Galvanized After Welding (GAW)
With this approach, the mesh is first welded from plain steel wire and then the entire panel is galvanized. This ensures thorough coverage, including the weld points, offering enhanced protection against corrosion. Though more protective, this method is costlier due to the additional processing required.

Colors

PVC coated welded wire mesh is available in a variety of standard colors suited for different uses and environments.

  • Dark Green (RAL6005): Popular for blending with outdoor settings such as gardens and parks.

  • Pure White (RAL9010): Ideal for bright and reflective applications, often used indoors or for architectural features.

  • Stone Grey (RAL7030): A neutral choice that suits urban and industrial areas, helping to conceal dirt and wear.

  • Jet Black (RAL9005): Sleek and versatile, perfect for both security purposes and decorative uses.

  • Anthracite Grey (RAL7016): A deep grey favored for modern designs and as an architectural accent.
