b. Our company conducts theoretical training and time operation training for the operators and some technicians of the equipment and issues a training certificate after passing the training;

c. Training starts from the commissioning stage.

2) Service:

a. Phone tracking service within one week after the equipment is sold;

b. Within one month after the equipment is sold, the service specialist will take the initiative to provide on-site service once;

c. Within three months after the equipment is sold, the service specialist will keep track of the service;

d. After the equipment is sold for half a year, the service specialist will come to serve again;

e. After the equipment is sold for one year, the service specialist will come to inspect and maintain the whole vehicle;

f. Outside the three-guarantee period, the service specialist will conduct irregular telephone follow-up services, and take the initiative to provide door-to-door services at least twice a year;

g.
