Hex nut is an important part of thread bar accessory, it is used in all kinds of highway, railway, municipal construction, large Bridges, soil nailing, foundation pit anchoring, slope anchoring and other engineering construction. Hex Nuts are flat nuts and Spherical nuts, flat nut (upper nut), Spherical nut (lower nut). Commonly used specification is divided into 20 mm, 25 mm and 32 mm, 36 mm, 40 mm, commonly used materials are divided into 45 #, 40 cr material, hardness value is between 28 and 35.
Normal there are full hex nut and spherical hex nut used in construction. There is also lock nut, which is shorter and thinner than normal hex nut in the tensioning end.
Strength and Durability: Made from high-quality materials, M25 and M32 hex nuts offer superior strength and durability, ensuring reliable performance in demanding applications.
Corrosion Resistance: These nuts are often treated with anti-corrosive coatings, making them suitable for use in harsh environments and extending their service life.
Easy Installation: The hexagonal shape of the nuts allows for easy installation and tightening with standard tools, ensuring a secure fit and efficient assembly.
Post-Tensioning Systems: The M25 and M32 hex nuts are used in post-tensioning systems for securing PT bars. These nuts ensure the bars are tightly fastened, maintaining the desired tension and structural integrity in concrete constructions.
Formwork Systems: In formwork applications, M25 and M32 hex nuts are essential for securing formwork tie bars and tie backs. They help maintain the stability and alignment of the formwork during the concrete pouring process.
Bridge Construction: M25 and M32 hex nuts are used in the construction of bridges, where they secure PT bars used for tensioning concrete beams and slabs, enhancing the load-bearing capacity and durability of the bridge.
Mining and Tunneling: In mining and tunneling, M25 and M32 hex nuts are used to fasten rock bolts and anchoring systems, providing stability and support to underground structures.
Flat nut is often used for fixed end, Spherical nut is often used for tension end.
