The 3D welding platform has holes on five sides. The upper plane is the use surface and the four sides are auxiliary working surfaces. The holes on the five sides can be used when clamping and positioning the workpiece. The three-dimensional welding platform is widely used in steel structures, various vehicle body manufacturing, rail transit welding, bicycle and motorcycle manufacturing, engineering machinery, frames and boxes, pressure vessels, robot welding, sheet metal processing, metal furniture, equipment assembly, and industrial pipelines (flange), detection system.

1. Economy: Complex and expensive traditional fixtures have become a thing of the past. You can avoid the high cost of stocking a large number of special tooling fixtures because the 3D system does not need to be changed and is suitable for various workplaces. Such a sophisticated device is easy to operate.

2. Flexibility: The 3D welding workbench is very strong and can withstand a very high load capacity. Its five sides are processed with regular holes and engraved with mesh lines. (The hole has no slope and T-slot). On the 3D welding workbench, the workpiece can be positioned and clamped in various ways using positioning clamping pins (PC pins/locking pins). Several 3D workbenches can be directly connected together on five sides. This modular system provides universal functionality for mounting, adjusting and clamping workpieces. Its advantage lies especially in the application of large workpieces.

3. Accuracy: During the assembly or welding process, using positioning blocks, connecting blocks, clamps, and support blocks can accurately position the workpiece, and the workpiece is firmly fixed at each positioning point or positioning surface. The probability of a workpiece that cannot be positioned is very small. If the geometric dimensions of the workpiece itself are inaccurate, they can be quickly detected and eliminated in the initial machining process.

4. Sturdy and durable: During the welding process, only low-cost anti-spatter fluid is needed to avoid welding spatter on the surface of the 3D workbench. The workbench has undergone aging treatment and special processing. Through modular design and interchangeability, you can complete complex and accurate tooling combinations in a short time. This method is very economical whether making a single part or assembling an assembly. The gridded high-precision holes on the table and each module enable clamping to achieve high accuracy and repeatability.

The maximum area of the standard three-dimensional welding platform is 2*4 meters. When welding large equipment, a larger three-dimensional platform will be used. In this case, multiple 3d welding tables can be used for splicing. If it is only If you need to extend a certain part, you can use U-shaped square boxes for splicing.
