★ SZBQ(G)The submersible slurry pump is a new product designed and manufactured by our company on the basis of extensive absorption of advanced technology at home and abroad.protection function,wear resistance,high efficiency.The flow parts are made of Hi-chrome alloy,which is corrosion resistantand wear resistant,longer service life than conventional submersible slurry pumps.
★ Submersible slurry pumps mainly convey media containing solid particles (such as ore powder,ash,iron oxide scale,coal slime,mud sand and gravel,etc.)below 70℃, suitable for mining,metallurgy,electric power,coal,river dredging,sand dredging and other industries. When conveying high temperature medium,special instructions should be made in advance,and our company can customize it separately.PH8.Solid concentration:mortar 45%,pulp 60%.
★ For the convenience of maintenance,this type of pump has two installation forms:fixed type and mobile type.The fixed type is to fix the quick-release rail components on the foundation.If the quick- installed guide rail parts are used,when the pump needs to be repaired,the pump can be lifted along the guide rail with an iron chain.After the repair, submersible slurry pumps can be lowered along the guide rail and automatically connected with the quick-installed elbow.
★ Submersible slurry pumps can be equipped with automatic control device.The control device is divided into four types:ordinary water supply and drainage type;water supply and drainage type with overflow alarm system;continuous and automatic alternate drainage type;continuous and automatic alternate drainage type with overflow alarm system.Users can choose according to specific conditions.

Technical Features
1.The pump shell and impeller are made of high chrome alloy material,the latest design of impeller,volute liner efficiency of more than 80%.
2.This pump adopts double machine seal design,calcium carbide material two groups of friction pair series use,a set of machine seal installed in the oil chamber,a set of contact with the transmission of medium liquid.Add cooling oil to the oil chamber to lubricate,cool and clean the machine seal.Machine seal design automatic balance working pressure device,normal design according to the diving depth of 2 meters,the service life of more than 30,000 hours.
3.The motor shell can be made of Q235 steel,which is better than ordinary cast iron in the past to eliminate water seepage of the shell and improve the protection level.The fastening screw is made of 316 material to ensure the operating life of the motor,which is twice longer than ordinary material.
4.The fixed rotor of the motor adopts 60 attached steel sheet,higher electromagnetic efficiency,electromagnetic copper wire Q2T/180 high temperature resistant copper wire,the medium temperature of the equipment is over 70 degrees,so that the anti-overload capacity and life of the motor have been greatly improved,and the energy efficiency of the motor has reached two levels.
5.The motor structure is redesigned and optimized,supported by new bearing structure,and the motor shaft is treated with 4Cr13 conditioning.The motor's operating life is greatly extended,which is more than 2 times of the traditional motor.
6.Electric control can be customized 380V-600V voltage range,50-60Hz frequency.Monitoring and protection using PLC screen display can realize the pump group operation bearing temperature,sealing leakage,motor water,motor overcurrent overheating and other influences
7.The connection of cable and motor adopts secondary protection design to protect the motor,so as not to reduce the resistance caused by water damage from the cable and thus affect the safe operation of the motor.
8.The equipment can be installed by coupler and moveable installation.
