Post Specifications

• Height and Gauge: The posts supporting our 358 panels are higher than fence panels to ensure stability, with gauges designed for structural integrity. Our posts typically range from 9 to 12 feet (2.7 to 3.6 meters) , available in gauges of 8 or 9 (4.0 mm or 3.5 mm).

• Dimensions: Posts are available in various dimensions to match the height and security requirements of the fence installation. Fence posts for 358 panels, common sizes 2″x2″, 2.5″x2.5″, or 3″x3″ (50mmx50mm, 63mmx63mm, or 75mmx75mm).

• Weld-shear Strength: Matching the panels in durability, the posts feature a high weld-shear strength, typically measures between 500 to 750 pounds-force (lbf) or approximately 2,224 to 3,336 Newtons (N), reinforcing the security of the installation.

• Galvanization and Coating: Posts are also galvanized and polyester-coated, matching the fence panels for corrosion resistance and visual consistency. The steel posts are galvanized at a rate of 1.2 oz per square foot (366 g/m²) and are coated with polyester to match the color coated fence panels. The polyester coating thickness is commonly around 100 microns.

• Upper Arm Accessories: We provide upper arm accessories angled at 45 degrees, designed for the attachment of 500 mm diameter razor barbed wire. These accessories, like the wire and posts, are galvanized and coated with polyester. This added fencing top enhances perimeter security.

358 Security Mesh Panel, also known as the Anti-climb Mesh Panel, typically in sizes 2000×2000mm or 2500×2000mm, produced with a wire diameter of 4mm and a mesh size of 12.7×76.2mm. Custom specifications are available upon request. Surface treatments include hot dip-coating, spray-coating, and hot-dip galvanizing, with the option for triangular bending as needed. Post diameters are generally 60×60mm or 80×80mm, available in pre-embedded or flange types. This mesh features a dense structure, ideal for high-security areas such as prisons, detention centers, airports, power plants, and facilities protection.

Black 358 mesh fence features a black powder coating  with UV resistance. The posts, simple and light, end in a flat top, with flat base suitable for diverse installation methods.

Dark green 358 mesh fence offers extra security features and ornamental effects into natural landscapes. With sturdy posts with horizontal bars at the top, the flanged base allows for stable surface mounting on concrete or other materials, ideal for portable security fencing solutions.
