We specialize in crafting high-quality glass spirit bubble level vials. Leveraging advanced production technology and equipment, we offer both standard and custom bubble levels at competitive rates. Our rigorous inspection standards and temperature tests ensure superior performance and quality.
A Tubular Glass Spirit Level is a precision instrument used to ascertain if a surface is horizontal (level) or vertical (plumb). Tubular spirit level vials are ideal for applications demanding higher accuracy than plastic vials can provide.
Material: Made primarily of glass, providing transparency and accuracy.
Shape: Tubular or elongated cylindrical in design.
Interior: Contains a liquid, typically a special spirit or ethanol solution, with an air bubble.
The instrument’s accuracy is determined by the position of the air bubble within the vial. When a surface is level, the bubble aligns between two marked lines on the vial. A misaligned bubble indicates the surface’s inclination.
Clarity: Provides a clearer view compared to other materials, aiding precise readings.
Precision: Glass vials are often more precise and maintain consistency over time, unlike some plastic counterparts.
Durability: While glass is breakable, it is resistant to scratches and does not attract static or dust as some plastic vials might.
High Precision Tasks: Preferred in activities demanding exactitude, like laboratory work, engineering, and specialized construction.
Variety in Sizing: Available in several standard dimensions. Customized sizes and specifications can also be crafted for unique OEM requirements.
However, due to their glass construction, these levels should be handled with caution to prevent breakage.
Typical sizes range from 6-18mm in diameter with sensitivities from 2 to 10 seconds. Custom designs are available upon request.
Available in various sizes and sensitivities, we produce both standard and custom designs for OEMs.
