HDPE Dredging Pipe floaters/Floats are made of rotationally molded polyethylene with UV inhibitors to prevent degradation of the floats over time. SINCO HDPE Dredging pipe and floats are perfect solutions for dredging works, dewatering, pumping and other industrial projects.

The dredge pipe floats are designed to be supplied with SINCO HDPE dredging pipes floats and flexible rubber hoses, which provide sufficient buoyancy to keep SINCO HDPE dredge pipes floating above the water level.

HDPE dredging pipe floaters/floats are usually made in yellow color as a warning sign to other vessels in the vicinity. Other colors can be made upon request.

HDPE Dredging Pipe Floaters/floats Features:

• HDPE dredging pipe floaters/floats are usually made in yellow color as a warning sign to other vessels in the vicinity. Other colors can be made upon request.

• To ensure long-term outdoor use, UV stabilizers must be added during manufacture to ensure good UV stability of the dredge pipe floats.

• HDPE dredging pipe floaters/floats consist of two halves, the inner diameter of the pipe float is the same as (or slightly smaller than) the outer diameter of the HDPE dredging pipe so that the dredging pipe float can be firmly fixed to the dredging pipe without sliding.

• The two halves of the pipe float connected by bolts/nuts made of galvanized steel (or stainless steel, if required).

• The polyethylene used in the manufacturing process is fully recyclable

(environmentally friendly), is fully compatible with the marine environment and has a high UV resistance.

• HDPE dredging pipe floaters can absorb or reduce the energy generated by ship collisions and protect the dredging pipes they support. Double-reinforced bolts/nuts on each floater ensure a secure connection to the pipe.

SINCO HDPE dredging pipe floaters is the ideal solution and a necessity for modern dredging work projects.
