Foreign large steel mill continuous rolling production line pinch feed roller device consists of upper and lower two roller devices, respectively, using electric motor through the reducer, cross shaft type universal coupling drive. In the normal operation of the equipment, the front pinch feed rolls are pressed by the cylinder, with good impact resistance. After technical analysis by both sides, due to the high pressure water overflowing from the window of the pinch roller and washing the cross shaft part, the water contains iron oxide chips, the water immerses into the cross bearing and spline shaft to emulsify the lubricating grease and take away the lubricating grease, causing the lubricating grease to lose its function. The water also brings the iron oxide chips into the bearing, which deteriorates the working condition of the bearing.
