Cryogenic Ball Valve

The cryogenic ball valves are classified into cryogenic floating ball valve and cryogenic trunnion ball valves. For the ball valves with temperature higher than -50 deg C, the long neck structure is not required.  For the ball valves with temperature lower than -50 deg C. the long neck structure is designed, the neck length is generally designed as per standard comments or customer's requirement.  For valves with working temperature lower than100 deg C, the materials of body & bonnet & trim must be cryogenic treated after rough machining. In addition, the materials of packing,gasket, bolt & nut should be suitable for low temperature service condition.
