We choose carton size according to the bottle sample size and quantity and same time, the safe is most important , we will put many plastic foam in carton.It can prevent the bottle from breaking due to collision. So the actual size will larger than the samples you choose.

Our sample carton choose new box. Beacuse international express usually have very long tour, used carton is not strong, new carton is sturdy and no holes or tears so it is necessary to protect bottles from outside shock.

Choose right size of carton box

We need to put enough plastic foam to cartons to protect bottles, so we usually choose about 15CM larger size in each dimension. 2 layers carton is better choice. It's a good idea to put glass bottles inside 2 layers of boxes. Look for a box that will leave room for about 7.6cm of padding on each side of the smaller box when it is placed inside.

Write "Fragile" words on carton in large letters.
