PE (Polyethylene) is the simplest polymeric organic compound and is the most widely used polymer material in the world today.
PE protective film is an industrial film product with good toughness, puncture resistance, high tensile strength, high elongation, good self-adhesion, high transparency, etc. PE film is mainly extruded from a mixture of several different polyene resins. It has puncture resistance, extra strength and high performance. It can wrap goods stacked on pallets, making the packaging more stable and neat, with super high performance. The powerful waterproof effect is widely used.
PE Composite Substrate Film
PE stretch film is non-toxic, odourless and tasteless and can meet food hygiene performance requirements. It does not react with moisture, grease and compounds, is insoluble in most solvents at room temperature and can withstand temperatures as low as -70°C. Good weldability, good permeability to oxygen and carbon dioxide, poor permeability to water vapour.
The biggest advantage of PE protective film is that the product being protected will not be contaminated, corroded or scratched during production, processing, transportation, storage and use, protecting the original smooth, glossy surface, thus improving product quality and market competitiveness.
PE protective film is based on special polyethylene (PE) plastic film, which is divided into high density PE protective film, medium density PE and low density PE according to density.
PE Film
Glue types: low, medium and high viscosity, more than 40 viscosities available, mouldable according to different surface materials.
Glueless: can be moulded. Suitable for special sheets.
Product surface protection: Due to its good self-adhesive properties, the wrap film will not form residual glue on the wrapped object. It can be applied to smooth surfaces such as glass, building materials, ceramics, doors and windows to prevent scratching by sharp objects.
Sheet Protective Film
Machine cover: irregularly used machines can be wrapped with 2-3 layers of cling film to prevent the machine from rusting due to long-term placement and to provide dust protection.
Pallet packaging: wrapping goods on pallets to form a whole, preventing loosening, collapse and deformation during logistics and transport; as well as waterproof and dustproof functions.
Shaped product packaging: When packaging large shaped products, it is not possible to customize fixed PE packaging film. At this time, wrap film can be used for packaging, multi-angle and all-round dead-end packaging to meet your perfect packaging needs.
Carton packaging: using wrap-around film as a packaging film can protect the carton from rain and moisture, as well as avoiding the loss and damage of loose objects in the carton due to courier violence.
Surface protection for a diverse range of products, from glossy metal to rough surfaces to curved surfaces. No glue residue.
