Steel butt welded pipe fittings listed in the product standard include elbow, tee, tee, reducing pipe (also known as big head or small head), pipe cap, elbow, flange joint, branch socket, etc.  

The common elbow is divided into 45° elbow, 90° elbow and 180° elbow according to the bending Angle;According to the bending radius, it is divided into long radius elbow (R≈ 1.5DN, that is, the bending radius is about 1.5 times of the nominal diameter) and short radius elbow (R≈1.0dn, that is, the bending radius is about 1 times of the nominal diameter). Among them, 90° long radius elbow and reducing elbow. In addition, according to the needs of the pipeline direction, there will be special elbows, such as 60°, 88°25" elbow.  

Tees and tees are divided into equal and reduced diameters. The nozzle ends of equal diameter tees and tees have the same size. The diameter of the branch pipe is smaller than the main pipe.  

The reducing pipe is divided into concentric and eccentric, and the big end diameter and small end diameter of the concentric reducing pipe are the same axis. The big end diameter and small end diameter of eccentric reducer are two parallel axes. One side of the small end diameter is parallel to the outer edge of the large end diameter.  

Elbows are sorted by bending Angle and bending radius. It is generally required that both ends of elbows adopt straight pipe segments, and the bending radius is usually at least 2.5-3 times of the outer diameter of the pipe (R≥ 2.5D ~ 3D).
