4. Check whether the machine is normal before starting, whether the power supply is normal, whether the power ground light is connected correctly, and whether there are no foreign objects in the filling barrel.

5. Adjust the gap of the noodle pressing shaft to make the gap of both sides of the noodle pressing shaft consistent. The gap between the front and middle pressure rollers is about 1.1mm~1.5mm, and the specific thickness of the pressure rollers is adjusted according to the requirements of your own production process. At the same time, adjust the gap between subsequent rollers.

6. Place the dumpling dough into the dough bucket at the back of the dumpling machine.

7. Add dry flour to the flour trough.

8. Turn the "on" button on the feeding surface and turn the button to adjust the speed of the feeding surface. The dough is pressed into multiple layers by multiple sets of rollers.
