PVG Conveyor Belt
PVG solid woven conveyor belts are formed by plasticizing or vulcanizing a solid woven core, dipping into PVC slurry and adding a PVG cover layer. The PVG conveyor belt is covered with a rubber-based coating, which further improves the belt's grooving, wet skid resistance, low temperature resistance, elongation and wear resistance.

PVG conveyor belts are suitable for applications with an inclination angle of less than 20 degrees, thicknesses are available from 1 to 8 mm. This conveyor belt is mainly used for underground coal transportation, and also used in Metallurgy, power stations, chemical and metallurgy industries.

PVG woven conveyor belt structure
The upper and lower glue of PVG belt is nitrile rubber and PVC, and the thickness of single-sided glue: 1.5mm-4.5mm. Each set is ≥1.5mm-4.5mm, and the conveying angle is <20°.
