Traditional Chinese Medicine series (7):Xuehai acupoint

Corresponding organs: blood, knee, reproductive system, skin; 

Corresponding symptoms: irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, skin disease, knee discomfort, etc. 

Location: Sitting position, the left foot is placed on the right leg knee, bring the four fingers of your right hand together except the thumb, the little fingertip is placed on the Angle inside the knee cap, the position under the thumb abdomen is Xuehai acupoint. 

Method: Left hand 36 times + right hand 36 times, do 3 sets, totally 108 times. With appropriate power, don't need too harder, but there should be a slight pain distension.

Note: There are two Xue Hai acupoints in both legs. Massage could going all time a day, best at time before night sleep. Massage is forbidden after drinking.
