Due to the residual raw material melt in the machine head, it is recommended to use a blowtorch to strengthen the preheating of the upper and lower machine heads.

6. Flexibly control the length of the strip into the water, depending on the temperature and water temperature, the strip is cooled by about 1.1-1.7M in water, so that the strip is not brittle and broken, and does not stick after cutting.

7. Observe the color and shape of the discharged material, and flexibly grasp the power supply and shutdown of each heater.

For routine maintenance, the first step should be to check whether there is accumulated water inside the equipment and whether there is rust. If rust develops, it should be removed and repainted. The second part is to check whether the exterior of the whole machine is damaged or whether the screws in the contact parts of various important parts are loose.
