Dazhui acupoint

Corresponding organs: lung, cervical spine and skin;

Corresponding relieve disease: cold and fever, cough, skin disease, cervical discomfort, insomnia, etc.

Location: 7th cervical vertebra . Lower your head and look for the highest bone with your hands, and the below indentation is the Dazhui acupoint. The height is about as same as the shoulder;

Method: massage with the left and right middle fingers alternately, 36 times with left hand + 36  times with right hand + 36 times with left hand, total as 108 times. With appropriate power, don't need too harder, but there should be a slight pain distension.

Note: massage could going all time a day, best at time before night sleep. Massage is forbidden after drinking.
