Global Select Covid-19 Antigen Rapid Test Kit is a 15-minute chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of nucleoprotein (N) antigen of SARS-CoV-2 from sputum samples from patients suspected of COVID-19 infection. It is used as a supplementary detection indicator for suspected cases of novel coronavirus, e.g. in conjunction with nucleic acid detection methods (like RT-PCR). It cannot be used as a sole basis for the diagnosis and exclusion of pneumonitis infected by novel coronavirus, and be used as a home test (self- test).

Test Procedure:

Before performing the test, please allow the test device and sample to reach the indoor temperature (15℃-30℃).

1. Saliva and sputum specimens from the back of the oropharynx: Use soap and water mixed with alcohol to clean the hands. The best time for specimen collection: after getting up, before brushing your teeth, eating or drinking.

2. Take out the saliva sampling cup, make a "Kua Kua" sound from the deep throat, clear the saliva from the deep throat, and then spit the saliva (about 2ml) into the cup. Do not have any saliva contamination on the surface of the sampling cup.

3. Use the dropper provided to stir the sputum sample 8-10 times, then aspirate the sputum sample and add it to the extraction tube.

4. Take out the extraction tube containing the extraction buffer and add the extraction

buffer to the tube then mix the extraction buffer and specimen well.

5. Take out the test device from the packaging box and place it on a flat table.

6. Add 4 drops of the mixed solution to the sample hole of the test card.

7. Read the result at 15 minutes. If you haven't read it for 20 minutes or more, the result

is invalid and it is recommended to repeat the test.
